Hello,
Just wanted to say I am looking forward to getting this program in the mail. I have been experiencing many of the same symptoms for the past two months after falling in to a pattern of a heavy work schedule, lack of sleep, obsessive thoughts, etc. I was able to rule out the possibility that something was physically wrong with me fairly quickly because I am in very good health, but it was so hard to put a finger on what was wrong because I was having such a hard time concentrating. As soon as I would get the slightest grip on what I was feeling it would slip away. I have been excersizing and trying to maintain my normal lifestyle by reminding myself that the best is yet to come! And I'm hoping this program will be what I need to feel "right" again. Can't wait!

What if I have had depersonalization since February? Does it matter that it's been so long? I have not used meds because I am not only afraid but I read that it can worsen these symptoms. Your program was referred to me by a professional and this is also someone I trust. Just wanted to know if it mattered that I've had dp for so long.
Thank you for all the work you do.

Nope. No strange sensations at all. It was just a huge relief to experience clear thinking without that fogginess.

Mattt,
when you were in the process of this program did you get any mild head aches and strange sensations while you were  beginning to recover?
I only ask this because I have been on the program for about a week and have noticed these effects I'm assuming they are part of the recovery process for some people.
Glad to hear you are fully recovered.

John

Finished the program last week and wanted to do a last post on here. It's my last post because I don't need to read anymore. I experienced the program and the dp is gone. It's over. I wish I could shout out to anybody anywhere how good it feels so I'm writing here.

Hey, this is probably the only way to get over it and I can vouch for that. I threw away my pills because they never worked anyway. No more brain fog and that's the bottom line. Never would have believed how fast it goes but it doesn't matter. Better late than never. Amazing stuff in these cds.
